After 5 years in the armed forces, Dave spent over 20 years in the automotive sector, firstly in daily rental followed by 13 years in vehicle telematics and asset protection for fleet operators. After Dave joined Trak Global shortly after it was founded in 2012, Trak quickly became the UK market leader in supplying solutions to the rental sector. Following a successful MBO of Trak Global Security Solutions, we now move into a new chapter as Dave leads the business in expanding across Europe and developing new sectors in the UK.

Andy has over 30 years’ experience in the motor insurance and fleet sectors. He is a successful entrepreneur, having owned several automotive businesses ranging from Insurtech to Motor Repair Networks. He has a proven track record in Leadership and pulling together the right teams to ensure success. His extensive network of Senior leaders across the Insurance and Fleet sectors will ensure we deliver our growth strategy within TGSS.

After starting his career in audit, Neil Phillips, a qualified accountant, gained invaluable experience working with a Big Four firm in the insurance sector. With over 20 years of expertise, Neil has applied his skills across various sectors, focusing on high-growth startups and technology-driven businesses. Throughout his career, Neil has been instrumental in shaping financial strategies, building robust processes, and driving operational improvements. His background in financial planning, risk management, and process optimisation makes him a key asset in ensuring sustainable growth and success for the companies he supports.

Dougie has over 30 years’ experience in marketing and operational roles across a range of regulated and non-regulated sectors for companies ranging from startups to large established multinationals. For over 12 years the roles have increasingly focused on the deployment of new or emerging technologies designed to deliver organisational effectiveness and growth. In 2015, Dougie joined Carrot, a leading telematics insurance broker and took it through to its eventual sale out of the IMS Group in 2021.

Carl is a commercial and entrepreneurial technologist from a software engineering and digital transformation background spanning over 20 years and multiple technologies, with over 12 years operating at C-Suite/Board level, leading multi-disciplinary teams of over 100 engineers. He is experienced in delivering software and hardware products across a variety of industries and has worked with connected vehicles and telematics solutions for over 15 years. He is experienced with scaling up and structuring technology and innovation businesses, delivering complex solutions and raising investment.

With an illustrious 18-year journey in the logistics and operations realm, Graham stands as a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and a relentless commitment to excellence. Holding a CPC qualification and having been a previous O licence holder, Graham brings a unique blend of operational insight and regulatory understanding to the table.

Professional Journey: Graham's career in logistics commenced as a transport planner in haulage, and over the years, he has ascended the ranks to become a distinguished Head of Logistics & Operations. He is experienced in overseeing large fleets & drivers, with a remarkable achievement of consistently passing yearly audits with the FTA (Freight Transport Association).

Sarah has over 10 years’ experience within the Telematics & Insurance sectors, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that compliance is adhered to, and that standards are set and maintained across the business. Sarah’s previous roles have focused on operational compliance & audit, specialist recruitment, onboarding, training, alongside people management & process improvement. Sarah supports the Executive team and provides counsel regarding all HR policies and procedures, including our strategic approach to employee recruitment and retention. Sarah takes an active role in ensuring the company’s strategic aims are on track through close engagement with the wider business.

Laura leads the Fulfilment team with a sharp focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable logistics solutions. With over a decade of experience in operations in the telematics industry, Laura brings a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership to every aspect of the fulfilment process. Her role encompasses overseeing end-to-end order management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery, ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless and efficient. Laura also heads the logistics and engineering teams, driving innovation and efficiency across fulfilment infrastructure and systems. Her leadership ensures that both technical and operational teams are aligned to deliver high-performance solutions that support business growth and operational agility. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging technology and cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. She brings a strong track record of delivering strategic insights through commercial analysis, financial planning, and operational efficiency. Lisa has held a variety of finance roles, giving her a broad and practical understanding of financial processes and business performance. In her current role, she leads on monthly reporting, cost control, and revenue optimisation, driving financial performance and supporting sustainable growth. She works closely with teams across the business to align financial goals with wider strategic objectives.
