Once a theft is reported — either directly by the client or automatically detected through our advanced theft‑detection technology — our UK‑based control room and specialists on the ground work together to drive the recovery forward.

How do I report a stolen vehicle?

Having a vehicle stolen is distressing, and we want to make the process of reporting it as painless as possible. After contacting the police, call our dedicated monitoring team. All we need is your crime reference number and registration number — we’ll take it from there.

Should I wait for the police to respond?
